A T shirt painting kit with six fitted T shirts, fabric paints and stencils; including the Kanji word for friend, hibiscus flowers, hearts and stars. Great for older girls or teenagers: with glow in the dark writer, beads, glitter and coloured T shirts.

For T shirts that will glow in the dark and sparkle in the light.
All of our fabric paints, writers and beads paints do not require ironing to fix.
Pack contains:
six 140-150gsm cotton, round neck (with distressed colours) or V neck (plain coloured), cap-sleeved, coloured T shirts*
six paint brushes
two kanji word for 'friend' stencils
one hibiscus flower stencil, with two flowers for layering
two large heart stencils with the word 'Love' within it
one large star stencil
three DecoArt 'dry to fix' paints: lime green, shimmering magenta and shimmering charcoal (with white, olive or pink T shirts) or lime green, shimmering magenta and white (with black T shirts)
one DecoArt Glo in the Dark dimensional writer
one DecoArt Fabric Beadz in tropical blue
a small pot of iridescent fabric glitter
six disposable mixing trays
six disposable aprons
full 'how to' instructions and six 'T shirt care' instructions for taking home
You will need:
a pot or two of water
a table with a wipe clean surface or disposable tablecloth
cardboard inserts to place inside each T shirt
NB For best adhesion of fabric paints (all brands) the manufacturers advise that you prewash your T shirts in the absence of any fabric conditioner.
Level of Difficulty:
medium
because of the drying time of the Fabric Beadz and glitter writer, the girls may need to take their creations home on their cardboard inserts
Suitability:
children aged 9 and upwards due to T shirt sizes, but we could adapt this to smaller, less fitted T shirts on request
Warnings:
paint and glue are non toxic but may stain
younger children should be supervised throughout

(For sizing purposes the V neck T shirts, in particular, come up quite small)
