Mermaid T Shirt Painting

All of the fabric paints, sequins and glues do not require ironing to fix.

Pack contains:

six good quality, white T shirts
six paint brushes
six pale pink felt mermaid shapes
two clam shell foam stamp pads
two fishes stencils, each with two or more fish or shell shapes
two turtle stencils 
four DecoArt 'dry to fix' paints: lime green, turquoise, azalea and shimmering purple
a small pack of iridescent fabric sequins
ric rac braid in blue and green for seaweed
one tube of UHU fabric glue
six disposable mixing trays
six disposable aprons
full 'how to' instructions and six 'T shirt care' instructions for taking home 

You will need:

a pot or two of water
a table with a wipe clean surface or disposable tablecloth
cardboard inserts to place inside each T shirt

NB For best adhesion of fabric paints (all brands) the manufacturers advise that you prewash your T shirts in the absence of any fabric conditioner.

because of the drying time of the glue, the children may need to take their creations home on their cardboard inserts

Suitability:

children aged 6 and upwards with adult help

Warnings:

paint and glue are non toxic but may stain. Children should be supervised throughout
