At hopefish, we are keen for all of our customers to be delighted with their purchases, so if you should encounter any problems then please do contact us.

Change of Mind
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase we offer a 30-day refund on all purchases. To qualify, you should return the product to us in its original condition, unopened, within 30 days, and we will reimburse you the value of the items returned, minus the original postage costs, or send you an alternative; the choice is yours. We reserve the right to charge for postage of replacement items.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item is found to be lacking any part or component, is not as ordered, is faulty on delivery, or has been damaged in transit, we apologise. Please let us know as soon as possible. We will do all we can to make amends: by sending you the missing component, a replacement or alternative item. Alternatively, we are willing to offer a full refund. In the event of your requiring a replacement, alternative or refund, please return the faulty or damaged product to us.

How to Return an Item
To return an item to us, please follow the steps below
1. Contact us by email with details of the problem: in the case of a faulty or damaged item please also provide a full description of the fault.
2. Package the entire item securely in its original packing.
3. Send the package to:

4. Unless the goods are faulty or were sent in error, you are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We recommend that you use recorded-delivery for returning all items, for your protection.
5. We will contact you confirming receipt of the return and informing you when the refund has been made. We aim to process all refunds or exchanges within 7 days of the items being returned to us.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Your satisfaction is our highest priority, and we aim at all times to deal with any queries in a timely and responsible manner.
