Dispatch Time 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of the order being placed. When, due to high demand,  items are either out of stock or in limited supply, we will contact you and ask whether you wish to continue with the order. If so, we will dispatch as soon as the item comes back into stock or sufficient quantities have  been assembled.

Delivery Time

Unless you request expedited shipping, all parcels up to 2.5kg are sent first class. To keep  costs down, items over 2.5kg are sent by courier or by Royal Mail Standard parcel rate. Unfortunately, longer delivery times, up to 5 working days delivery, may be experienced by customers in Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Scottish offshore islands. Please contact us if this might be a problem or if you require expedited shipping. In such instances we will send you a Paypal invoice which will reflect the charges we incur from Royal Mail or the couriers and, on receipt of payment, will ship the items as previously agreed.
